Returns are accepted for products that meet the following criteria:
- The item is unopened and in its original packaging.
- The return request is made within 30 days of receiving the product.
- The product was purchased directly from our website.
Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an error on Nourix’s part (e.g., wrong product sent).
